Our first test trial delt with the internet powerhouse Amazon.com. We are happy to report that our experience with Amazon.com was a prefect one. We decided to purchase a DVD from Amazon, as we searched their database for the Matrix. The whole checkout process was quick and painless. The DVD shipped to our office within two business days, and we even received a discount coupon for our next purchase with Amazon.com.
Overall the rating that we give Amazon.com is five out of five stars.

Thank you very much for your help. I got a phone call from Ms. Susan
Jones, the Sevice Manager from TruGreen ChemLawn and she has been very responsive to my
complaint. I've had several calls from various folks at TruGreen ChemLawn
even the local distributor called! Things are a moving and they will send
someone out to check my lawn and trees.
