As of 4/16/01, the parent company of F & S Club (BrandDirect) has given me a full refund of the original trial member fee AND the un-ordered renewal fee, PLUS an extra $10 as payment for my trouble and frustration.
In particular, high praise should go to Linda Delallo, the representative who responded to me in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
She has alleviated a very contentious and frustrating problem to my great satisfaction.
I hope that anyone who sees this post would now feel more comfortable with choosing to do business with BrandDirect, and not be influenced too greatly by my initial inflammatory posts, which were written with great emotion at the time of the perceived injustice.

Many Many Thanks!! Yesterday, a agent from Blue Cross contacted me and informed me that they changed their billing for my father. Instead of having to pay for the three months it took to approve his application, they have now decided to bill us from the time of his approval. I would just like to thank your company for all of its efforts on my father's behalf as your saved us $1, 000 USD.

Recently I spoke to Mr. Boeckmann and we resolved everything. He was very nice and helpful. He found out for me, that the problematic salesman does not work there anymore. We even shared a few laughs. Thank you baddealings.com for resolving my complaint.

Customer Resolution as this client has received a full refund in the most timely manner possible, 08 Dec 00 after the airlines cleared their waitlist and confirmed that he could not be accommodated.

call from Ms. Susan Jones, Sevice Manager TruGreen ChemLawn and she has been very responsive to my complaint. I've had several calls from various folks at TruGreen ChemLawn even the local distributor called! Things are moving and they will send someone out to check my lawn and trees.
I'll let you know how this works out after they come out. If nothing else, I think this is a good recommendation for your site since SOMETHING GOT THEM OFF THEIR BUTTS!
Or maybe it was just a coincidence and they always WANTED to make me happy, ROFLMAO Maybe they just misplaced the letters I sent?????
